Our 3-day, 5-day, 7-day and 10-day meal plans are packaged in individual containers & are designed to make eating at home easier and stress-free.

Each meal is freshly prepared using quality ingredients and thoughtfully portioned for convenience, flavor, and consistency throughout the week.

Pricing starts with basic proteins and increases when selecting premium and specialty proteins, allowing clients to customize their plan based on taste and budget.

Basic proteins include items such as chicken, ground meats, and pork chops, while specialty proteins include dishes requiring longer preparation times and higher-cost ingredients.

Meal Prep Guidelines:
• 3-Day Meal Plans: Order at least 48–72 hours in advance.
• 5-Day Meal Plans: Order at least 72 hours in advance.
• 7-Day Meal Plans: Order at least 72 hours in advance.
• 10-Day Meal Plans: Order at least 5–7 days in advance to allow for proper menu planning and grocery sourcing.

Rush Order Policy:
Rush orders may require an additional fee and are accepted based on availability.

A rush order is any order placed within 72 hours of the requested pickup date.
Rush orders are subject to a $25 rush fee.

Pickup Information:
Pickup is typically scheduled for Sunday evenings or Monday late afternoon (after 4:30 PM).
If another pickup day or time is needed, arrangements can be made in advance.
